Starting at 2 o’clock, Historic Bremen and Marshall County Historical Society will be conducting a 90-minute tour of some of Bremen’s beautiful and historical houses, business blocks, and churches. The tour will use the Blueberry Festival trams, which seat about 24 and are covered but have open sides.

The tour starts and ends on Grant Street south of Bremen High School conveniently near a large parking lot, shade in front of the school and restrooms.  The trams will embark at 5 to 10 minute intervals beginning at 2:00 p.m.

The tour winds through the downtown business district and adjoining neighborhoods where the fascinating stories of old houses will be told by a local guide.  The tour includes a walk-thru of the old Lutheran Church (The Gathering Place) on E South St, which is about to undergo renovations by Bremen Community Cares.
