We at Historic Bremen say goodbye to our good friend Virginia Henke. Along with her husband RT and others, she was a founder of Historic Bremen and a volunteer for all of its more than 20 years, not to mention the many community and philanthropic projects she was involved in back in Schenectady, NY, and in her birthplace of Madison twp, St Joe county.

She was one of the driving forces behind saving Bremen’s Historic B&O Depot and in creating the Bremen History Center and designing its exhibits and window displays. We express our love and gratitude to the family. She will be sorely missed.
