I try to get copies or photos of menus of the various restaurants in town from time to time. And occasionally folks will donate a menu from some old restaurant. I’ve collected these now in an album.

If you have an old Brau Haus or Mint Still or Mr B’s Pizza or other menu from a defunct Bremen restaurant, I’d be happy to have a digital copy I can add here.
