The Thursday, July 21, History Chat featured Dick Kares showing and curating his extensive collection of Bremeniana. He brought just a small portion of his collection, including postcards, calendar, fire department ribbon, and other artifacts. There was a terrific turnout of about 25, which made for a lively question-and-answer period.

Mr Kares has graciously allowed Historic Bremen to scan his fantastic album of postcards, featuring more than 200 photographic postcards of the town and people from the 1900s to the 1950s.
