A torch made by staff and students at Purdue—equipped to let torch-bearers take selfies, no less—will be carried all over Indiana, including Bremen. The torch will arrive on the afternoon of October 3, 2016, and make a few stops in town before racing on across the Hoosier state.
This will be followed by a new Bremen Oktoberfest on October 7-9, with vendors, food, a biergarten, prizes, and entertainment. Read all about it at the Bremen2016.com website!
Maria Mikel is coordinating the Bremen festivities, which could include an outdoor movie, art mural, and more. Contact her to get involved!
